Showbiz: They Asked You to Make a Crime Film, but You Solved a Cold Case?

After transmigrating to a parallel world, crime thriller director Li Changfeng becomes a third-year directing student at Kyoto University.

At Kyoto University, everyone is either rich or powerful.

During summer vacation, his classmates are either getting experience on major film sets or having their families fund movies for theatrical release.

Li Changfeng, an orphan, heads to a coal mine and recruits a few young people to film Blind Shaft as a documentary.

When he returns to campus and his classmates ask about it, Li Changfeng quietly uploads Blind Shaft to a video platform.

It gets no recommendations and barely makes a splash.

Meanwhile, the police in Shan Province are still struggling with an unsolved coal mine case.

Then a policewoman happens to watch Li Changfeng's Blind Shaft.

Inspired, she follows the clues to the crimes shown in the film, investigates the cold case thoroughly, and successfully identifies the suspect.

The case is solved, and countless netizens erupt with excitement.

"You were supposed to make a crime movie, not solve a cold case!"

Dying to Survive cracks a fake medicine case. Sheep Without a Shepherd cracks a perfect crime.

The criminals tremble in fear. They're not afraid of the police!

They're afraid of directors!

This is ridiculous!
