Livestream: Burning Joss Paper Is Banned on Qingming? Then I'll Summon It Here

Lu Yuan, a freshman, binds to a Wish-Granted System and obtains the Soul-Summoning Art!

He goes to the cemetery to pay his respects during the Qingming Festival, forgetting to turn off his livestream.

As Lu Yuan waits for his friend's parents, he spots the cemetery owner nearby burning offerings.

But when Lu Yuan starts burning paper offerings, the owner comes over with security guards and stamps them out.

He even says they promote civilized ways of honoring the dead and that burning paper is forbidden.

He goes so far as to tell Lu Yuan and the others to learn about foreign summer festivals,

claiming that other people's culture is all good while his own people's traditions are nothing but backward customs.

The cemetery owner even taunts him,

“If the ghosts have a problem with it, let them come find me!”

Seeing this,

Lu Yuan refuses to let him get away with it.

“You won't let us burn spirit money at Qingming? If you want them to come find you, then let's have a proper chat with them!”

A hundred ghosts appear,

and the entire place falls silent!

The livestream chat goes absolutely wild.

“Holy crap, that's incredible! He really grants any wish!”

“You want to see a ghost, so he lets you see a ghost. He really does grant any wish!”

“Wish-Granted? He's even more effective than a Bodhisattva!”

The livestream is quickly shared everywhere.

Overnight, Lu Yuan becomes a sensation!!!
