Dragon Soars Over Hong Kong

Since I've been brought to Hong Kong in the 1980s, I'm Zhao Yaoyang, and I intend to stir things up, live life as I please, and surround myself with beautiful women.

The 1980s and 1990s were turbulent times of change in Hong Kong. Gangs ran rampant and ordinary people struggled to make ends meet. It was the best of times and the worst of times.

Caught up in it all, Yaoyang only wants to live his own life. Yet, without meaning to, he stirs up the storm and ushers in an era of his own.
