Let the Villainous Calamity Give the Protagonist a Little Shock

After transmigrating to a cultivation world and becoming a villain, Jiang Fengqi realizes he's destined to be a stepping stone for the protagonist, so he decides to give up.

He knows all too well that the protagonist's power is impossible to overcome.

But it seems the System has no intention of letting him keep giving up.

So, through the System's behind-the-scenes meddling, a group of beings called "players" arrive in this world without his knowledge.

"Guys, the main quest NPC is slacking off again."

"This NPC is hopeless. Last time we gave him a cultivation technique, he didn't even practice it. Said he was worried some big shot had left a trick in it or something."

"If we're counting on the NPC to cultivate on his own, that'll happen when the sun rises in the west. Give me a little time, guys. Once I've learned this technique, I'll force it into him. Then he'll learn it whether he wants to or not!"

As this goes on, Jiang Fengqi gradually realizes something is off about his situation. All these antics leave him completely baffled.

"System, are you sure this is how a villain is supposed to be treated?"
