Konoha: Gaining Kotoamatsukami from the Start and Controlling the Third Hokage

After transmigrating into the Naruto world, Lin Yi obtained the ultimate genjutsu, Kotoamatsukami!

Lin Yi immediately chose to control the Third Hokage, manipulating his thoughts and twisting his will until the man became his puppet!

Unfortunately, Kotoamatsukami had a cooldown of more than ten years after each use.

Lin Yi couldn't help regretting it. If he could control Danzo too, wouldn't he have complete power over the Hidden Leaf?

Still, he was only a little kid for now, so he had plenty of time to grow stronger at his own pace.

He would change the Hidden Leaf and reshape it in his own image.
