A Mixed Bag of Moods

"A lone shadow on a cold river, an old friend from the martial world. Why should we have to know each other before we meet?" I came across this saying on Feilu. I used it to open the introduction to my work. I compare society to a cold river, where you and I are both lone shadows. Every day, we work exhausting jobs we don't like, just to make life a little better! We do the same things over and over! But ordinary people like us have no choice if we want to get by! Aren't we just lone shadows in this society? No one cares how we feel! We have to be strong! I write these entries to record and share what I've experienced and wanted to say at different stages of my life! I hope to meet like-minded old friends from the martial world here! As long as our hearts are close, we understand one another! Even if we're a thousand miles apart, how can we not count as old friends? So, I wish everyone reading this book a bright and successful journey through life!
