Doctor Who: the Mad Man in Time Lords

Sometimes, when I watch some TV series, movies or other works, I sometimes wonder what DOCTOR would be like here. Later, I found many fans and no one wrote about it, so I planned to make one myself. But there are some things that Doc cannot do, so I can only set up another person to complete those things in this worldview instead of my fantasy. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious. Any similarity is purely coincidental and should not be imitated.
