Great Qin: I Put You in Charge, So Why Are You Taking Concubines and Protecting the Realm?

After transmigrating to the Great Qin dynasty, Ying Chen arrives just as the First Emperor is touring the eastern provinces. Due to a series of circumstances, he inexplicably gains the authority to govern the country in the emperor’s absence.

At this point, the Family System activates.

The larger his family, and the more capable its members, the greater the rewards he receives.

So, on his very first day as regent, Ying Chen ignores state affairs and holds a nationwide search for concubines.

When they first hear the news, the anti-Qin rebels rejoice, while Fusu and Huhai scoff.

One month later.

Fusu and Huhai: “Where are our fiancées?”

The anti-Qin forces: “Our goddess became his concubine!”

Six months later.

The anti-Qin forces: “Why is the Qin dynasty getting better and more stable?”

One year later.

Ying Zheng: “Decades of hard work, and you achieved more by wildly taking concubines?”
