Flowers in the Snowy Years

We met at the wrong time of year for flowers to bloom. But you said fate is written in the heavens, and the heavens cannot be wrong. It was the flowers that were late to bloom. I arrived too late. You weren’t late. You came at just the right time, just when I needed you, appearing in my darkest hour and saving the darkest part of me. The moment you came, it became the season for flowers to bloom. The moment you came, the flowers blossomed.
