Zorian is a young mage of humble origins with slightly above average skills, receiving his third year education at the Magic Academy in Joria. He is a driven and irritable young man eager to secure his future and break away from the influence of his family, who he hates for favoring his brother over him. Therefore, he has no time for pointless distractions or focusing on other people's problems. As it happened, time was something he was about to get. On the eve of Cyoria's annual summer festival, he was killed and brought back to the city at the beginning of the month, just before he was about to take the train to Cyoria. Suddenly trapped in a time loop with no clear end or exit, Zorian will have to look inward and outward to solve the mystery before him. He must unravel it because the time loop was not made for him and danger is everywhere... Repetition is the mother of learning, but Zorian must first make sure he survives to try again - in a magical world where even a time traveler is not safe from those who wish him ill.
