Journey to the West: Cultivating Both Buddhism and Daoism, Converted by Guanyin from the Start

No Primordial World, no Investiture of the Gods, no System. This is a pure Journey to the West fanfiction.

The protagonist transmigrates into the world of Journey to the West at the end of the Sui dynasty. He cultivates spells and accumulates merit, laying his plans from the thirteenth year of the Zhenguan era in the Tang dynasty. Guided by Guanyin, he takes advantage of the pilgrimage to the West, cultivates both Buddhism and Daoism, and rises with the wind.

He is the consort of the Dragon Girl of Jade Wave Pool and a close attendant to the Queen of the Women's Kingdom.

He steals Baihuaxiu away, subdues the seven Spider Demon sisters, captures a crimson giant python from Seven Extremes Cliff, and takes the Jade-Faced Fox as his sworn younger sister.

He makes friends everywhere, casts his romantic net wide, uses others' influence to his advantage, and ascends to immortality along the way.

When he earns a place among the Great Luo Immortals, Princess Peacock becomes his Dao companion, Taiyin Star Lord his concubine, and he stands above the Five Emperors as the foremost immortal of the human race.
