Urban Pokemon: This Breeder Is Breaking the Rules

Official title:

Trainers who can't pass the Breeder License exam can't catch Legendary Pokemon.

Playing Pokemon with obsessive-compulsive disorder: maxing out Individual Values is just basic, right?

Playing Pokemon as a collector: completing the entire Pokedex is just basic, right?

Don't be scared, little sister. I'm not putting you in a Pokeball, I just want a picture together.

Don't Mega Evolve, little sister. It doesn't look good.

I own a breeding island, facing the world and backed by another world.

The island is big, but there aren't many Pokemon. Dozens of them are just staying here temporarily, and they're all very well-behaved.

Besides looking after Pokemon, I occasionally save the world, too.

When it comes to summoning Legendary Pokemon, even two Hupas together aren't as skilled as I am.

Legendary Pokemon are a little weak, and they eat a lot. Not worth it.
