Beast Taming: I'm Just a Pet Shop Owner

In the year 3000, elite special forces from countries around the world gathered on an unnamed island in the South Pacific to launch a manhunt called "Twilight of the Gods."

Li Chengfeng, leader of the Dragon Group of the Dragon Kingdom, led his team to kill the world's number one assassin, "X," before the special forces from other countries could.

Then gunfire rang out behind them.

The Dragon Group was ambushed. Though its members fought bravely, they were vastly outnumbered and were killed one by one.

Watching his brothers die before his eyes, Li Chengfeng lost control.

No one left the island after that battle.

Afterward, the countries all tacitly agreed to keep what happened a secret.

In the wake of that battle, a new pet shop opened on an old street in Donghai City, Dragon Kingdom.
