The Cops Asked Me to Make an Anti-Crime Drama, So I Made The Knockout

Wang Lin transmigrates into the body of a rookie at the police station, and his very first assignment is to make an anti-gangster drama!

The characters must be vivid, and the story fresh and original.

What could be more fitting than The Knockout?

Police supervisor: I asked you to make an anti-gangster drama, and you went and broke the ratings record? Next time, don't make the villain so vivid!

Commissioner of Criminal Investigation: I asked you to show how hard it is to work undercover, and you made Infernal Affairs, which became the box office champion?!

Peking opera master: I only wanted to promote Peking opera, but your Farewell My Concubine has completely eclipsed it!

Head of the Science Fiction Bureau: I only wanted kids to learn a little about science fiction, and now every kid in the world knows The Three-Body Problem!
