A Failed Art Student Trains the Dragon Clan and Forges a Dragon Empire

In the Age of Universal Leaders, all of humanity is reincarnated in another world to take part in a contest for supremacy.

Every transmigrator must establish a guild, free the slaves of the other world, destroy the feudal order, and build an advanced civilization.

Luo Xiu is reincarnated as a member of the enslaved Dragonfolk. He spreads progressive ideas through speeches and urges the Dragonfolk slaves to kidnap the empire's alluring empress and start a war of independence.

"The people grow the food and make the clothes, so the people should enjoy the fruits of their labor, not the nobles!"

"All races are born equal. How can Dragonfolk be slaves?"

"Overthrow the existing order, and we'll build a free, great, glorious dragon civilization!"

By raising beautiful Dragon Princesses skilled in technology, beast taming, and more, Luo Xiu forms Berserker Dragon Legions, Headshot Assassin Dragon Legions, and more, and founds the Evil Dragon Empire!

Sin Dragon: I wield sin and evil, and pass judgment on sin and evil! If the Leader says you're guilty, then you're guilty.

Farmer Dragon Princess: The Leader's way of helping us develop our potential is so strange. We're almost worn out from all the fun!

The empire's alluring empress: A man like the sun. He makes me want to please him.
