A Melee Mage? What Do I Need Combos For? Just Get in Their Face and Smash Them!

Five hundred years ago, the game world of Blue Age Star completely merged with reality.

Monsters ran rampant, dungeons sprang up everywhere, and secret realms and monster sieges appeared without warning, hindering humanity's growth and development.

Lin Mian, deeply shaped in his previous life by cutthroat competition, transmigrates here and chooses the mediocre, mindless Warrior class as his target for his eighteenth-birthday class change.

All so he can become a carefree slacker!

But at the class-change ceremony, Lin Mian stares at the only hidden mutated class and falls into thought.

They say mages are fragile, need protection, require lots of micro-management, and must stay focused every moment. But what about a melee mage?

If you're fighting up close, what do you need fancy moves for? Charge in, get right in their face, and smash them!

As his level rises and he changes classes again and again, he realizes this class might not be quite normal.

Enchantments can deal area damage, and counterattacks can let him slug it out with a single foe. Fine. But why do his defensive skills look more and more like Liuwei Dihuang Pills?

And what's with Berserk Charge, Dragon Rising, Cicada-Clinging Crush... Damn, why do the skills keep getting weirder?
