A Street Prank with a Ghost in Disguise? I Hit Them with a Thunderclap Palm

On Blue Star, a street-interview show has taken the internet by storm.

At night, the crew dress up as ghosts and scare passersby, testing their reactions before asking whether they believe ghosts exist.

Then they happened upon Chen Daoxuan, who had just finished secluded cultivation at a Taoist temple and come down from the mountain.

"What? There are ghosts?" Chen Daoxuan struck back with a Thunderclap Palm.

Just as the crew member dressed as a ghost thought he was done for, a ghostly wail rang out behind him.

The whole internet burst into astonished exclamations: "Holy crap, this production team is something else! Those special effects are incredible!"

But Chen Daoxuan mistook the crew for fellow ghost hunters.

"Fellow Daoist, I've heard that demons and monsters are running rampant these days. How about we join forces to vanquish them and uphold justice in Heaven's name?"

So, goaded by countless viewers online, the production team had no choice but to grit their teeth and go along with him.

But when the crew arrived with Chen Daoxuan at their first destination, Fengmen Village, and he waved his hand, scattering yellow talismans across the sky,

the viewers cried out in shock: "Holy crap, can this guy actually use Taoist magic?"
