Crossfire: Afterglow

Blue and White Star has two major mercenary organizations, the Lurkers and the Defenders. The former specializes in assassinating political and business figures in various countries in an attempt to cause war between countries; the latter is more like a large transnational bodyguard company, specializing in protecting political and business figures in various countries. Later, as the lurkers became more and more rampant, defenders from various countries united to launch a large-scale siege against the lurkers. In a desperate situation, the lurkers tried to use biochemical drugs to strengthen the human body, but the experiment failed. As a result, the experiment failed, creating a large number of machines that only knew how to kill, and they were highly infectious. The biochemical crisis officially broke out. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious. Any similarity is purely coincidental and should not be imitated.
