After the Demon Lord Reboots the Heisei Era, Every Rider's Character Is Ruined

Ohma Zi-O, wielder of the power of every Kamen Rider, forcibly rebooted the Heisei era of the Rider world when his power was at its weakest!

Then the Kamen Riders underwent changes unlike anything seen before!

The Riders who had stood for justice became the ultimate villains!

The villains who had embodied evil switched sides and became the ones protecting the world!

Evolto: "I can't just abandon Earth tomorrow! For love and peace!"

Swartz: "I will protect this world, because I am the last one of the Heisei era! My sister, I will save you!"

Kuroto Dan: "It says it's time to go! Farewell, Father, and farewell to my cowardice!"

Little Girl: "Do your best, my Greeed brothers! Defeat the evil OOO!"

No. 0: "Kuuga! I won't let you take humanity's smiles away! I'll protect everyone's smiles!"

And their opponents are the demon Kamen Rider Build, Emu Hojo, who toys with his patients' fates, and the two-toned monster who took over Fuuto!
