I Asked You to Make a Horror Movie, Not to Kill the Audience

Lin Su unexpectedly transmigrates to a parallel world.

He becomes an associate chief director at the British Broadcasting Corporation.

His job is to plan the television station's evening program for the upcoming Halloween. His boss's instructions are simple: make it as scary as possible.

Lin Su discovers that this world lacks horror films, and audiences have a very low tolerance for fear.

So, with the aim of building up their courage, he makes a found-footage horror movie and pretends it is being broadcast live.

On Halloween night, everyone gathers at home to watch television, hoping for a mildly thrilling holiday.

Then they realize the station's live broadcast seems to be haunted.

The entire world is plunged into panic.

Just when everyone thinks this Halloween special is the scariest thing imaginable,

Lin Su brings out Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum, Saw, Incantation, Ju-On, and more...
