Showbiz: We Agreed to a Fake Marriage, but Boss Yang Is Backtracking

Su Yi transmigrates to a parallel world. While working as an extra on a film set, he unexpectedly runs into his ex-girlfriend, Boss Yang.

By then, Boss Yang is already a top-tier star, adored by everyone and followed by countless fans.

To his surprise, she simply hands him a marriage agreement.

"Relax, it's just for show. No holding hands, no kissing, separate rooms at night, and we'll divorce after a year!"

Su Yi initially wants to refuse, but seeing the huge sum offered in the agreement, he realizes that, being desperately short on cash, a fake marriage might not be such a bad idea.

After the wedding, Su Yi signs with Boss Yang's studio and begins making a spectacular comeback in the entertainment industry.

He never imagined things would turn out this way.

Su Yi: Weren't we supposed to be pretending? Why are you always hanging around in my room?

Boss Yang: Honey, I was joking.

Su Yi: The year is up. We should get divorced.

Boss Yang: What are you talking about? Honey, come see what you think of the nursery I prepared!

Su Yi: ...

Just where did things go wrong?
