Reborn: Jiraiya's Tale of a Gallant Hero

Is this how a hero's life ends? How boring...

I kept getting rejected by Tsunade... I failed to protect my student Minato... I couldn't stop my comrade from defecting and going astray...

If Heaven gave me one more chance, I'd become a true hero...

I'll call my new book The New Tale of the Hero Jiraiya...

Jiraiya was reborn, returning to the end of the First Shinobi World War, when Senju Tobirama ruled Konoha.

Jiraiya opened his eyes and woke up, thinking it was a dream. So he kissed Tsunade in public, attacked the Second Hokage, and got thrown into an Anbu prison.

Sarutobi Hiruzen stared at his adorable student, trussed up like a shrimp, and sighed:

"You sure know how to make trouble for me!"
