Journey to the West: A Pilgrimage to the West? I'm Chen Xuanzang, and I'm Just Going to Slouch

Serious version:

After ten cycles of reincarnation, in this life I, Chen Xuanzang, am going to slack off...

Journey to the West? What a joke. Who does something so serious? Is the wine not delicious, is the meat not tasty, or are the girls not pretty enough?

P.S. This book is also known as I Just Want to Slack Off, Whoever Wants to Make the Journey to the West Can Go, On the Journey to the West, I, Chen Xuanzang, Just Want to Reform Demons, and Disciples, Stand Aside, This Demon Is Beyond Your League!

Irreverent version:

One thought, one cycle of reincarnation. One thought turns you into a demon, one thought turns you into a Buddha.

In this life, Chen Xuanzang no longer wants to be a good person. Ten lives as a good person brought him no happy ending, only retribution.

If I become a Buddha, there will be no demons under heaven. If I become a demon, what can Buddha do to me?

This will be a different Journey to the West.
