Journey to the West: Becoming the Golden Cicada, Rebelling Against Buddhism from the Start

Ye Heng transmigrates to the world of Journey to the West and becomes Jin Chanzi, who is about to descend into the mortal world and reincarnate.

If he reincarnates, he'll turn into the dim-witted Tang Sanzang, losing all his magical power and memories.

At the critical moment, Ye Heng activates the God-Tier Choice System, curses Tathagata, obtains an Immortal-Escaping Talisman, and escapes through space.

But he is one of the key figures in Journey to the West's great calamity, so naturally, the many powerful beings won't let him go.

The pursuit begins. Relying on the System's abilities, Ye Heng leads Sun Wukong and the others in defying Heaven's will.
