I Hauled Up an Aircraft Carrier in My Net, and You Call That Beachcombing?

Lu Youwei transmigrated to the year 2000 and became a small-time fisherman on the South China Sea coast. He took up beachcombing to make money.

That was when he activated a System that brought him a little surprise every day.

He'd expected to find valuable seafood each day, but Lu Youwei soon wondered why things were taking such a strange turn.

On his first day beachcombing, he found a basketful of discarded firearms.

On the second day, he drained a pond and found an empty missile.

On the third day, he tried to pry snails off a reef and failed, but managed to dig out an F-14 instead.

Just then, China was negotiating with another country, hoping to buy a half-decommissioned aircraft carrier. They'd been haggling for ages, with no progress in sight.

Lu Youwei casually cast his net, hoping to haul in a good catch this time, when a jaw-dropping sight appeared.

Damn it, he'd actually hauled up a brand-new, ownerless aircraft carrier!

Netizens: You call this beachcombing?
