Global Pokémon: Starting with Ambushing a Bug Catcher

Billions of people from across the globe descend together upon the Continent of Pokemon.

They fight and adventure alongside Pokemon, pursuing the mysterious path to becoming Champion.

Bai Fan can see special prompts, giving him a head start from the very beginning.

When it's time to choose a starter Pokemon,

why even ask? Of course I'm picking Squirtle! Take this Rocket Headbutt and see if you can handle it! Okay, actually it's because Squirtle has the best stats out of these three.

Bai Fan decisively chooses Squirtle.

Ding! Congratulations! You've hit the jackpot and chosen a starter Pokemon with "Excellent" potential. Only 1% of players have managed this so far.

When he encounters the Bug Catcher at the start,

Don't go! The Level 10 Caterpie in his hands is more than you can handle right now! Sneak up behind him and smack him! Good grief, if you can't take down his Pokemon, surely you can take him down? The best way to beat a Trainer is to sneak attack them personally!

Bai Fan silently picks up a wooden club and brings it down hard on the Bug Catcher's back.

Ding! Congratulations on defeating the Youngster. You are the first Trainer in the world to beat him.
