Ask Not of the Immortals

Lightning flashes and thunder roars as a violent storm sweeps through the night. The sudden change in weather keeps the villagers from going outside, yet an old man puts on a straw rain cape and braves the storm.

Today is a special day, the ninth day of the ninth month. He has to go to a particular place: a cemetery where the Chen family of old is buried. Today is the anniversary of the family's death, and they once did him a great kindness, so he must go pay his respects.

In this quiet place, rows of tombstones look eerie and frightening beneath the flashes of lightning.

Bang!

Suddenly, a hand reaches out from a small mound of earth in the middle of the cemetery. Then another hand appears. The sight is truly unbelievable...
