Comedy Competition: My Quest to Become the King of Comedy

At the New Year's Eve Gala.

Just when everyone thought sketch comedy had fallen out of favor,

Chu Qiye, who transmigrated to become the leader of the Xueze Troupe, turned the tide.

Onstage, dressed in military uniform and seated behind a desk, he created Chu-style comedy, a kind the world had never seen before.

Soon, a performance of Big Ben set a new record for the New Year's Eve Gala.

A skit called Young Master and Me made him famous across the land.

A Father's Funeral took absurdity to the extreme.

A skit called Three * Livestream had people laughing their heads off.

With one outstanding Chu-style skit after another,

Chu Qiye became the nightmare of every comedian.

Whenever comedians heard they'd be sharing a stage with him, they'd wail: "Good grief! The Xueze Troupe is here to bully us again!"
