One Man Holds the Heavenly Gate, While the Foolish Emperor Issues Twelve Edicts of Death

Lu Changsheng transmigrates into a world of rival dynasties.

He becomes the only non-imperial prince of the most powerful dynasty, the Dongli Dynasty, and its general who guards the nation.

He commands a mighty army and wields immense power.

On the day he ascends to the Land Immortal realm, he discovers the secret of the Heavenly Gate.

Immortals from the celestial realm fish for the world's fortune, seeking to seize the fortune of the dynasties.

With his own strength, Lu Changsheng holds Tianbei City and guards the Heavenly Gate.

But after the new emperor takes the throne, he accuses Lu Changsheng of having become too powerful and overshadowing his ruler.

He issues twelve consecutive imperial edicts ordering Lu Changsheng's death.

He even sends a massive army to the border, throwing the dynasty into civil war.

Eight great dynasties eye Dongli hungrily, ready to carve it up.

Foreign tribes invade the borders, leaving the people in misery.

That day, Lu Changsheng opens the Heavenly Gate with his sword and scatters the dynasty's fortune.

The Snow Dragon Cavalry rides into Tianbei and crushes the rebellion.

Lu Changsheng: "If the foolish emperor is incompetent, then I shall cut him down with my sword and rebuild this glorious dynasty!"
