Eight Fish on the Line, So I Pull Out My Purple Taoist Robe

My name is Zhang Lingxuan, and I transmigrated.

Not only did I become a Purple-Robed Celestial Master of Mount Longhu, I also awakened the strongest Celestial Master System!

I just agreed to help a mother and daughter. I’m heading down the mountain to the pond to rescue their loved one, whose soul was lured away by a water ghost.

My name is Cailian, and I’m a water ghost.

A young man came fishing in my territory in the middle of the night.

With the moon obscured and the wind howling, wasn’t this a midnight snack sent straight to me by heaven?

So I gave him a fish that bit the hook dead center, hoping to scare him until his yang energy was in disarray and make him easier to catch.

But things didn’t go as I expected.

I’ve been hooked eight times in a row now. Why isn’t this guy panicking? He even seems kind of excited!

Whatever.

I’ll get on the hook myself and give him a surprise.

Wait!

Why did this guy take off his clothes instead of running when he saw me?

Hold on!

What’s that purple Taoist robe he just pulled out?

Is there still time for me to run?

I need an answer, fast!
