Great Ming: Zhu Di, You Told Me to Rule as Regent, but You Replaced the Dynasty!

"By order of the regent: All Ming merchants must register their businesses. Any who fail to do so may not open for business. Violators will be executed!"

"By order of the regent: Tax offices shall be established in every region of the Ming. The commercial tax starts at twenty percent, and the higher the income, the higher the tax."

"By order of the regent: The imperial examination system shall be reformed. Policy essays will be the main focus, and military strategy will be..."
