Medical Ninja: From the Start, I Was Betrayed by Sarutobi Hiruzen!

After transmigrating to the Leaf Village, Shenyu can randomly gain attributes and skills by healing others, becoming a "little sun" admired by the village's civilian ninja!

But this draws the Leaf Village's ninja clans' suspicion. Hiruzen Sarutobi chooses to abandon Han Qing and compromise with the clans.

"Hiruzen Sarutobi, you'll never know what you've thrown away!"

The night before his execution, Han Qing escapes from death row and joins the Akatsuki.

Ever since they gained a medical ninja, Pain has had good fortune on his side.

Not only has his leg healed, but the organization keeps growing, and he has even more drive to bring peace to the ninja world!

Years later, Han Qing arrives in the Leaf Village, and a colossal Wood Release Buddha rises from the ground!

"Hiruzen Sarutobi, is there a single member of the Leaf Village's ninja clans who will obey your command?"
