Isn't It Cheating for an Intelligence Agent to Be This Powerful?

How is it fair for an intelligence agent to be this powerful? He's supposed to be just an informant, so why is his combat ability so high? Could he be the Messiah's chosen candidate?

Tower of Desire: The price of having your wish granted is winning a game. Is it a fair deal, or someone's scheme?

Seven Sacrifices Maze: An eight-person survival game where only one person can live? A joke made in passing becomes reality, and those trapped in the maze can only turn on each other!

Cat Box: Reborn countless times to change a fate that was certain to end in death, but beyond cause and effect, beyond the cycle of reincarnation, perhaps there is only greater despair...
