Great Ming: I Asked You to Plan Coastal Defenses, and You Built a Fleet?

In the eighteenth year of Hongwu, Japanese raiders invaded Shandong, then plundered the coastal people of Wen, Tai, and Ningbo.

They burned homes, looted possessions, and slaughtered our people...

A great pirate also rose up, leading tens of thousands of men and five hundred ships to occupy Zhoushan Island and support the Japanese raiders.

Warnings spread for a thousand li along the coast, and Zhu Yuanzhang was furious!

Zhu Bai, who had transmigrated here, awakens the Ocean Fleet System and takes the initiative to request a fief in the southeast, so he can defend the Ming's maritime borders.

Zhu Yuanzhang is deeply gratified.

He changes Zhu Bai's title to Prince of Wu, moves his fief to Ningbo Prefecture, and puts him in charge of coastal defenses. He also orders Duke of Xin Tang He to assist him in building sturdy fortifications, closing off sea routes, and fending off Japanese pirates!

Before long, Zhu Yuanzhang realizes something is wrong.

I told you to fight the Japanese pirates on land. Why have you taken the battle out to sea?

Since when have the Ming's firearms been so powerful? And where did this vast fleet come from?

What! Luzon, Sulu, Malacca, and Australia have all become Ming territory?
