I Told You to Fight the Turks, Not Conquer the World!

Huang Liang transmigrates to the fifth year of the Zhenguan era and becomes the distant cousin of Wei Zheng, the Tang dynasty's foremost contrarian.

Unexpectedly, not long after his arrival, Wei Zheng lands him in trouble.

That autumn,

when the Western Turks raid the Tang borders, Li Shimin pretends to believe Wei Zheng's boastful claims and sends Huang Liang to put them down.

Everyone expects Huang Liang to die in battle. Instead, he wins a great victory and can't be stopped.

On the eve of the great battle against the Western Turks, Huang Liang gains a System. Completing campaigns earns him rewards.

In less than half a year, Huang Liang conquers the entire Western Turkic Khaganate.

Li Shimin is delighted: Huang Liang is a mighty warrior! I appoint you Supreme General of the Heavenly Strategy Office! Hurry back to the palace and claim your reward.

Huang Liang: Back to the palace? There's no way I'm going back. My dream is to conquer the whole world.

And so, within a year, the Tang's neighboring states, including Tuyuhun and Goguryeo, all fall.

Li Shimin panics: I told you to attack the Turks, and you're conquering the whole world? Huang Liang, come back at once. The empire is big enough!

Huang Liang: No! My next stop is the Americas. They have vast plains there.
