In the Marvel Universe: From the Start, I Founded the SCP Foundation

After obtaining the Record of Anomalous Encounters, Luo Lan transmigrates to the Marvel Universe.

Other people's Systems do everything they can to make their Hosts stronger. Luo Lan's System, however, takes delight in unleashing all kinds of anomalous creatures from other worlds and doing everything it can to kill him.

From the start, Luo Lan draws the SCP world. Unfazed and unafraid, he decides to fight back against his heartless System.

If you can be heartless, then I won't hold back either.

You created anomalous creatures, so I'll create an SCP Foundation. That's fair, right?

We contain. We control. We protect!

We are the SCP Foundation!
