Urban: Dawn Doctor

In this world, there is a kind of door whose other side is unknowable. It might hold beautiful memories, or it might conceal lies. Ye Ying, who lived in an orphanage, was told that his parents had mysteriously disappeared during an expedition. He would receive five million in compensation, but would not be able to use it until he turned eighteen. A ghostly face told me, "In the future, did you keep your promise to your parents and become a doctor?" Then it raised its terrifying face and demanded an answer. Startled awake by the terrifying memory, Ye Ying gasped for breath. A violent headache followed. He blindly grabbed a handful of pills from beside the bed, accidentally knocking into a diagnostic report. It showed a malignant brainstem tumor. Looking at everything before him, tears in his eyes, he silently thought, Mom, Dad, I'm sorry. I'm afraid I'll never be able to become a doctor.
