Three Kingdoms: Liu Bei Is at His Wits' End, His Strategist Runs Even Faster Than He Does

After transmigrating to the late Han Dynasty, Bai Ye starts out by swearing brotherhood with Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei, becoming the fourth member of their disastrous brotherhood and a military strategist on Liu Bei's team.

It is the era when the Eighteen Route Lords are campaigning against Dong Zhuo. Bai Ye awakens a survival skill: as long as he keeps his head down, he receives a reward every day.

And so, a strategist who can run even faster than Liu Bei is born.

Bai Ye: "Big Brother, Dong Zhuo is about to burn Luoyang to the ground. We can make a run for it!"

Liu Bei: "I get it, Fourth Brother. You're hinting that we should skip Luoyang and head straight after him, right?"

Bai Ye: "Big Brother, the harvest was poor this year. Cao Cao is attacking Xuzhou, and we can't hold it. Let's run!"

Liu Bei: "Got it. I'll go borrow grain from Mi Zhu. I'm determined to hold Xuzhou!"

Bai Ye: "?"

As they keep running, Bai Ye realizes that somehow, their territory keeps getting bigger.

Cao Cao: "The one who pretends to be weak in order to catch his enemy off guard is none other than Bai Ye!"

Sun Ce: "You ran all the way to Yangzhou to steal Da Qiao from me? What is that supposed to mean?"
