Hong Kong Films: Back From Undercover, I Get Invited by the Boss's Wife to Eat Abalone

Zhang Wei transmigrates to the chaotic world of 1980s Hong Kong action movies, opening his eyes to a scene where a gang is splitting the loot.

With the memories of the original owner, he discovers that he's an undercover cop.

So he promptly opens fire and takes down the robbers. He thinks he's earned himself a chance to return to the police force,

but his superior turns out to be Huang Zhicheng, who treats undercover cops like dirt.

So Zhang Wei promptly opens fire again, takes down Huang Zhicheng, and claims all the credit.

He never expects to run into Teacher Ho Min, who turns out to be Huang Zhicheng's fiancée.

“Ms. Ho, before Mr. Huang passed away, he asked me to take good care of you.”

“Ah Wei, you've been so good to me. Let me treat you to abalone.”
