At last, he escaped his dull, monotonous life and began an epic journey of cultivation. He carried the **Heavenly Book, but it lay dormant in the early stages, and Mo Shang suffered terribly in the cultivation world. Yet those hardships tempered his character. Later, the **Heavenly Book awakened. In this life, he had formed a small world of his own, where he could nurture all living things and have them nourish him in return. Mo Shang knew he could grow into a true giant in the history of the cultivation world.
