Empress: Your Kingdom Is on the Brink of Ruin, and You Summon Me as Your Husband?

Su Yu transmigrates into a fantasy world, becomes a rich young master, and is lucky enough to activate a sign-in System.

Using the rewards he gets from signing in, Su Yu quietly cultivates, waiting for the day he can reach the Martial Emperor realm.

Until one day, the old emperor dies and an empress ascends the throne.

Unhappy with a woman becoming emperor, the various vassal kings lead their armies to the gates of Tai'an, demanding that the empress abdicate in favor of a worthy successor.

As the kingdom teeters on the brink of ruin, an imperial eunuch arrives at the Su residence and reads out the edict before everyone.

"By the Mandate of Heaven, the Emperor decrees:"

"We have heard that the Su family has a son, Su Yu, a man of noble character, filial virtue, and both literary and martial talents. We are greatly pleased to hear of him."

"Now that We have reached the age of marriage, We must choose a worthy consort. Young Master Su Yu is unmarried, and the two of us are a match made in heaven."

"We appoint Young Master Su as Our consort. He is to enter the palace at once and marry Us. So decreed!"

Hearing the imperial edict, Su Yu is stunned.

"The Great Feng is on the verge of collapse, and you're issuing an edict to make me your husband?"
