The Rise of the Empress in Another World

In the year 2156 of the Lich Calendar, demons from the Abyss invaded the Ancient Gods Continent. The races of the continent rose up to resist, but none could stand against the Abyss. As its forces advanced, the races could only watch as more and more of their lands fell into demonic hands. Once the entire continent was conquered, this world would be dragged into the Abyss, and every race would become nourishment for its inhabitants. At that moment, the queen of the Amazon tribe sacrificed her life to the gods. The gods descended to aid the races, and the invading demons were eventually driven to the Heavenly Abyss in the far south of the continent. But the Amazon tribe, who had summoned the gods at the cost of their queen’s life, was cursed by the demons and lost its racial battle aura. That year became the first year of the Divine Calendar, and the continent was renamed the Continent of the Gods.

In year 143 of the Divine Calendar, war broke out once more. The Radiant Empire and the Extreme Radiance Empire, together with their vassal duchies, turned their blades against the Amazon tribe. Unable to prevail, the Amazons were forced to retreat to the Heavenly Abyss where they had once driven the demons, and struggled to survive there.

In year 442 of the Divine Calendar, a woman from Blue Star accidentally arrived in this world. Her paths crossed with the Amazon tribe, and from that moment, an empress rose to power.
