Siheyuan: I Ran into a Beastly Neighbor from the Start

Huaihua works at a factory. She is clever and quick-witted, and everyone likes her.

Xu Damao is her master at the factory, while He Yuzhu is the apprentice assigned to work under her there.

Between master and apprentice, Huaihua chooses the apprentice for love.

Huaihua's mother, Qin Huairu, has always favored Xu Damao, telling him, "Damao, don't worry. I'll only accept you as my future son-in-law!"

But in the end, reality loses to love!

Xu Damao has always loved his apprentice Huaihua. When he learns that He Yuzhu and Huaihua are in love with each other, he knows you can't force a melon to be sweet. Though it pains him, he graciously lets her go, telling Huaihua, "As long as you're happy, that's all that matters. If anything comes up, remember you can always come to me!"

Huaihua is so moved that tears soak her cheeks.

He Yuzhu confesses to Huaihua, saying, "Let's be together. I'll make you happy..."

But because of a child, life shatters Huaihua's hopes for a beautiful romance...
