I’m an S-Rank Evil Spirit. What’s Wrong with Taking a Government Job?

I, Ye Chen, am an SSS-rank vengeful ghost.

I hear government jobs come with five types of insurance and a housing fund, a nine-to-five schedule, a salary of five thousand, and free meals and accommodation.

So what's wrong with me trying to get a government job?

I, Li Zhentian, am an S-rank ghost controller.

Because some being above S-rank wants to get a government job, the entire region has gone on a wartime footing.

If I got the chance, I'd grab that being by the leg and say, "Take the job! Take it! The salary's fifty thousand, and we'll assign twelve beautiful ghost controllers to assist you. We'll also find four dexterous ones to give you a back rub!"

"Bro!! I'm begging you! Take the job and stop using your powers, okay?"
