Naruto: Building the Strongest Village of All Time

He transmigrated into the world of Naruto and became Kakashi's little uncle?

And the village chief of the tiniest Hidden Village around? No, the Village Shadow.

The most miserable part was the System's mandatory quests:

"Build the village into a first-rate Hidden Village and make it one of the Five Great Ninja Villages within 50 years!"

Quest complete: Unknown reward???

Quest failed: The System self-destructs, taking the Host with it.

Luckily, the System came with a potential-development and stat-allocation feature, letting me gradually show off, I mean, get stronger.

Professional researcher Snake: "Why does this village have such advanced equipment?"

Ninjutsu Professor, the Third Hokage: "Where did all these rare jutsu come from?"

Supreme Dance King Madara: "How is someone better at dancing than me?"

Mitaraishi Anko: "Come change your son's diaper!"

Me: "… I'm the head of a village, at least. Don't I deserve a little dignity? QAQ"
