Journey to the West: Telling the Story of Zixia and Supreme Treasure Leaves Wukong in Tears

Jiang Feng transmigrates to the world of Journey to the West and binds himself to the Storyteller System.

The System immediately rewards him with the cultivation of a Great Dao Saint, then lets him tell stories in peace.

Jiang Feng marries Nuwa and makes the Three Xiao Sisters his maids, living an incredibly leisurely life as a storyteller.

Today, he tells a tale of a young man who is spurned after his engagement is broken, makes a three-year pact, and burns with a desire for revenge.

Tomorrow, he tells of the Heavenly Emperor's deeds, ruling supreme for all eternity and saving all living beings.

The common people listen, utterly captivated.

Even the gods and Buddhas from the heavens become his regular guests.

Until one day,

just as Jiang Feng is about to tell the moving, tragic love story of Zhizun Bao and Zixia from A Chinese Odyssey,

he suddenly sees

Sun Wukong, Tang Sanzang, and the others walking into the tavern where he tells his stories...
