I Just Joined the Police, and My Girlfriend's Whole Family Is on the Run

On his first day as a police officer, Fu Fei was invited by his girlfriend to meet her family.

As soon as he stepped inside, her family greeted him warmly, then pulled him over to sit and talk with his future father-in-law.

"By the way, Fei, I still don't know what you do for work."

"Uncle, I just joined the city police department."

The moment Fu Fei finished speaking, the whole house fell silent. The only sound was his future mother-in-law dropping her cleaver in the kitchen.

"A police officer? That's great, a steady job! Old man, come smell this fish and see if it's fresh."

His future mother-in-law came out carrying a plate of sashimi.

His future father-in-law instinctively pressed one nostril shut with his thumb, then took a huge sniff of the sashimi.

That gesture... Why did it seem so familiar to Fu Fei, and so thrilling?

And that wasn't all. His future mother-in-law had countless scantily clad goddaughters, while his girlfriend's brother was covered in tattoos beneath his shirt.

Then Fu Fei received a message from his superior. It contained a list of the city's wanted fugitives...

It's over... Sure enough, every last one of them was here!
