The Necromancer Begins in One Piece

A vast floating continent hangs above the world of the Pirate King. An endless army of undead lies dormant within it. The seas no longer belong to pirates, and the Marines have no reason to exist. Every renowned powerhouse whose name once resounded across the world, whether Whitebeard, Garp, or Sengoku, has become a Dark Knight and my most loyal servant, Saint Kenst.

Even the Celestial Dragons, who once stood high above all others, have become lowly slaves, the most worthless beings in this breeding ground.
