You Were Asked to Film a Recruitment Ad, So Why Did You Make A Soldier's Story?

After transmigrating to a parallel world, Zhang Mu joined the military as a volunteer after graduating, hoping to make up for his regret at not having served in his previous life.

But not long after enlisting, he was given a difficult assignment: film a military recruitment ad.

Drawing on his memories from his previous life, he thought of the legendary military drama Soldiers Sortie.

So he brought the series to the screen as an actual recruitment ad.

Before long, its message of "Never abandon, never give up" and the slogan "Regret not serving for a few years, regret not serving for a lifetime" became household sayings.

After that, he went on to film a string of military dramas, including My Chief and My Regiment, Assembly, Operation Red Sea, and Special Forces.

Even other departments in Xia Nation began asking the military to lend them personnel.

With no other choice, Zhang Mu dug even more works out of his memories...
