Jiangshi: A True Disciple of Zhengyi, Slaying Corpses in Renjia Town

Bai Xiaozhou thinks he's dead, but it turns out he's merely transmigrated to a zombie world and bound to the Underworld Marketplace, which can collect ghosts and spirits.

Collecting ghosts and spirits earns Merit Coins, which can be used in the marketplace to buy all sorts of unexpected things.

As soon as he arrives in the zombie world, a female ghost bares her claws and fangs at him. He's not about to go easy on her: he pulls a mourning staff out of the System, beats her half to death, then sells her to the System.

When he encounters a female ghost king fighting a Taoist priest, he steps in.

So what if they're ghosts? Any ghost I set my sights on gets sold to the System.

He learns Taoist arts from the priest, and masters the techniques without even needing to study the manuals!

When he meets Uncle Jiu in Renjia Town, he sees that Uncle Jiu is struggling to fight the zombies, so he takes a greatsword straight out of the marketplace.

One swing, and the zombie is cleaved in two. Uncle Jiu is left dumbfounded.

Bai Xiaozhou insists he didn't mean to mess with Uncle Jiu's head, but he can't help being awesome. There's no stopping his style.

After staying in this world for a long time, he realizes how dull it is, so he makes a bold decision...
